ACHR has a licensed social worker on-site who can assist with the following services:
* Applications to pharmaceutical companies to obtain free medications for low income patients with no insurance
* applying for Social Security disability and appeals
* applying for Medicaid
* enrolling in Medicare Part D plans
* applying for Medicare low income subsidy programs (Extra Help for Part D and/or Medicare Premium Assistance from Medicaid)
* Coordinate with pharmacies, Medicare, and drug companies to resolve Medicare Part D issues.
* Assist with transportation issues
* Refer to local resources for transportation, housing, employment, and other related services.
